| Hello VKM Family, We are excited to announce that we are moving clinic locations to the Northgate Executive Center East Building! Our new address is 155 NE 100th St, Suite E-402 Seattle, WA 98125. There will be free parking in the lot surrounding the building. Our doctors will start seeing your loved ones at the new office on April 16th, 2025. We look forward to seeing you there! |

| The office will be closed to in-person appointments and supplement or lab purchases as well as phone support on Thursday, April 10th, Friday, April 11th, and Monday, April 14th as we move clinic locations! For patients scheduled on April 10th, your provider will still meet with you via telemedicine at the scheduled time of your appointment. Please ensure you have confirmed the time of your appointment in the patient portal and let the front desk know in advance if you have any questions regarding the telemedicine link or appointment details. We will resume telemedicine appointments and phone support on Tuesday, April 15th, and we will begin seeing patients at our new location on Wednesday, April 16th. Please use the Message center in the patient portal for any non-urgent messages or questions during our transition between Thursday, April 10th and Monday, April 14th, and we will do our best to respond promptly. We appreciate your patience as we transition and look forward to seeing you at the new clinic! |
