If there are no recent labs results, your patient’s first visit with us may be limited to intake and ordering of labs without any IV treatment. See below for pre-IV labs.

Recommended Pre-IV Labs: -All IV patients: CBC, ferritin, comprehensive chemistry (including hepatic function and BUN/ Creatinine) -Heavy metal toxicity patients will additionally need: urinalysis, EKG, minerals including (RBC Zinc, Magnesium, ionized calcium, selenium), Thyroid panel, (heavy metal provocative challenge IV testing done at VKM) -Additional screenings as needed: G6PD, lipid panel, amino acid profile, endocrine profiles, fatty acid profile, vitamin profiles

Parking Info
Metered street parking as well as a Swedish Hospital visitor parking garage across the street from our building on Tallman Ave NW.
The garage offers free parking for the first 30 minutes only. Rates thereafter are $4for 30-60 mins, $5 for 1-2 hrs, $6 for 2-3 hrs, $7 for 3-4 hrs, $8 for 4-24 hrs.
From the 3rd floor of the garage, cross the skybridge. A second skybridge will be on the left that will bring you to our building. Turn left, then right and take the elevators to our office on the 5th floor.
To return to the parking garage, take the elevator down to the 2nd floor and cross the skybridge. You will find a kiosk to pay for parking as you enter the garage. You will have 15 minutes to exit the garage after paying. Alternatively, you can pay as you exit the garage.
