Working on reducing chronic inflammation and oxidative stress that can be caused by infection, food allergies, stress, environmental allergies, and toxins can help the body to process and function optimally.
You will learn how to support neurotransmitter production and breakdown, detoxification and glutathione production through food. There will be several delicious dishes to try during the class. Leave with recipes for all of them!
