Join us for the next Fermented Foods Class on August 21st!
You will learn about an age-old tradition that has supported the health of all cultures across the globe. We will be providing a lecture on the history, background, and benefits of fermented foods as well as a discussion on traditional preparation methods for various food and beverage items.
This class will also feature fun and creative ways to ferment the summer harvest, as well as strategies for fermenting in hotter temperatures. So come learn how fermented foods support health and how easy they are to make at home. Leave with recipes for all of them.
